Our Story

Not your average tea shop

The Snarky Tea House started with a simple frustration: why do so many places treat tea like an afterthought? We opened our doors on North Main Street with a different approach — treating every leaf, every bake, and every guest like it matters.

Our teas are sourced directly from small estates. Our pastries are fermented 48 hours and baked before dawn. Our groceries are chosen because we'd actually buy them for our own kitchens. If it doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't make it onto our shelves or into your cup.

We're not here to be everything to everyone. We're here to be the best at what we actually do — and we take that pretty seriously.

Loose Leaf Tea

Over forty single-origin varieties from estates in China, India, Japan, and Sri Lanka. Hand-blended blends that actually taste like what they claim to be.

Artisan Bakes

Sourdough croissants, olive oil cakes, and seasonal tarts — all made in-house from scratch. We ferment, fold, and bake before the town wakes up.

Curated Groceries

Hand-picked pantry staples — honey from local apiaries, small-batch oils, imported biscuits, and the kind of tea accessories you didn't know you needed.
